How to play

Inspect the lot. Each case is a sale of eight antiques. Drag the magnifying glass across an object and hold it still on a small detail to record a note. Turn on the UV lamp and tap anything that glows. Some cases add another tool: a solvent swab, a raking light, a magnet or a scale.
Buy or pass. You have game cash and each lot has an asking price. A genuine piece sells on for a profit. A fake you buy is worth nothing.
Prove it. Pass on a fake and prove it with one of your notes, and you earn a finder's fee.
Haggle. Ask the seller for a better price before you decide.
Name the forger. When you have seen the lots, pick who made the fakes and show the note that gives them away.

Common questions

Is the cash in the game real money? No. It is play money. It cannot be cashed out.

Am I charged for anything? This version of the app takes no payment and does not connect to Google Play billing.

My progress is gone. Your game is saved only on your phone, with no account, so deleting the app or moving to a new phone can start you fresh.

How do I delete my data? Delete the app. The game keeps nothing anywhere else, and we hold nothing about you. The privacy policy has the details, including how to clear the save and keep the app.
